Grade 6B - this book is written like a cartoon/diary. It is a humourous book and Greg is writing this book in case he becomes famous when he is older. Greg then thinks everyone can just purchase his "diary" and read all about his life so he doesn't have to tell them about his life. The book is about Greg starting middle school and the adventures he has with his best friend Rowley. Greg doesn't think Rowley is ready for middle school. . .

What we love -
Brooke - there is always something exciting happening
Olivia - there is always something to laugh at throughout the story
Eliza - the pranks that Rodrick (Greg's older brother) plays on Greg and others
Aaron- I like how Rowely so stupid in this book. All the time he's
so esay to con in to stuff.

Baverstock Oaks year 6 quite like the freak street books because there is a range of freak street books to choose from all with cool and great adventures in them and they give you time to laugh here and there plus it gives us time to imagine what it would be like if we were in the book. Each book has a different family in it and if we had to recommend a book we would have to say the freak street series because it is hilarious in it's different ways.

What some of us love:
is that each book has a different family and adventure and they make us laugh
